Try Baluchon the 2009 Canadian Champion in the “organic”category, the Réserve la Pérade which received recognition at the Empire Cheese Show, the Champlain which was the winner in the “semi-soft” category in the Concours Sélection Caséus, the Roy Léo which was a Canadian finalist in the “farmer’s cheese” category, and finally, our Fondue du Chef  which is only available on-site.
