Visit a bison-breeding farm and its new interpretation centre. Ferme La Bisonnière (1997 regional winner of the Québec Tourism Grand Prix for innovation in tourism) invites you to take a ride in a secure trailer to view bison in the fields.

Next, enjoy a meal of bison meat in the company of friends in a dining room set up in a former stable. Sale of various bison-based products and European cuts of meat.
